Relating to documents issued by the Department of Transportation; and declaring an emergency.
Summary
Describes fees required when person is applying to replace or renew current driver license with Real ID compliant driver license or is applying for new original driver license that is Real ID compliant. Provides that Department of Transportation may issue, renew or replace limited term driver license, limited term driver permit or limited term identification card to persons previously issued limited term driver license, limited term driver permit or limited term identification card whose Employment Authorization Document has expired under certain circumstances. Sunsets December 31, 2021.
