Updates descriptions and allowed quantities of oxygenates in gasoline for sale at wholesale or retail in this state. Permits State Department of Agriculture to adopt rules to compel retail and nonretail gasoline dealers to make certain disclosures concerning oxygenates blended with gasoline for sale in this state. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
