Summary
Modifies definition of "public works." Classifies exemption from ad valorem property taxation as funds of public agency for purpose of requiring payment of prevailing rate of wage. Requires public agency that procured contract for public works or sponsor of enterprise zone in which public works is located, as appropriate, to receive certified statements. Becomes operative 91 days after effective date of Act. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
