To amend sections 2152.17, 2901.13, and 2929.14 and to enact sections 2921.322 and 2941.1427 of the Revised Code to enact Katelyn's Law to create an offense and specification related to moving or removing human remains and to provide that the offense has no statute of limitations.

To amend sections 2151.421 and 2151.99 of the Revised Code to enact V.J.'s Law to require mandatory reporters of child abuse or neglect to report to both a peace officer and the public children services agency.

To amend section 149.43 of the Revised Code to restrict harassing or disruptive public records requests and permit private contractors to respond to voluminous public records requests.

To amend section 5104.30 and to enact section 5104.302 of the Revised Code to make foster caregivers and kinship caregivers eligible for publicly funded child care.

To amend section 2921.04 and to enact section 2921.06 of the Revised Code to create the offense of jury tampering and to include a public servant in the offense of intimidation of an attorney, victim, witness, or public servant in a criminal case.
