Establish Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment Accelerator Program

To ensure accountability, the bill establishes an oversight review board of ten to twenty members appointed by the chancellor of higher education to monitor fund usage and research progress. The foundation is also required to submit annual reports to various state officials and undergo independent audits by a certified public accounting firm.
