Prohibit homeowners assn from restricting political yard signs

This bill prevents homeowners associations from banning political yard signs on private property. It also stops these associations from restricting the display of specific flags, including those of the United States, the state, and the POW/MIA flag, as well as service flags for military families. The law declares any HOA rules that attempt to block these displays unenforceable in court. Additionally, the bill defines "political" yard signs as those endorsing a specific candidate, party, or belief.
