Enact the Statehouse Nazi Symbol Removal Act

This bill directs the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board to inspect the Statehouse in Columbus for any symbols resembling the swastika, which the legislation identifies as an emblem of the German Nazi party and a symbol used by neo-Nazis. If such symbols are found, the Board is authorized to approve and carry out the necessary renovations to remove them from any surface within the building. The measure formally designates this process as the Statehouse Nazi Symbol Removal Act.
