Require biannual audit of House human resources practices

This bill requires the House of Representatives to hire an independent third party every six months to review its human resources practices. The audit firm must be a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators and certified by the Society for Human Resource Management. The results of these audits will be shared with all members and employees of the House.
