AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 4.1-02-03, 4.1-02-12, and 4.1-13-15 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to member districts and the assessments levied by the barley council and wheat commission.

Set barley assessment rate at twentythirty mills per bushel for barley grown, delivered to, or sold in the state, excluding barley used as livestock feed by the producer.
Set wheat assessment rate at fifteentwenty mills per bushel by weight for wheat grown, delivered to, or sold through commercial channels in the state.
