AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 6-01-01.1, 6-01-04, 6-01-10, 6-01-11, and 6-01-16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the budget approval process and reports of the department of financial institutions; to provide a continuing appropriation; to provide for a report; and to provide an expiration date.

Header formatting and page numbering were corrected and standardized throughout the document.

Minor text corrections were made, including fixing a typo where 'expenditurespenditure' was corrected to 'expenditure'.

Section 6-01-11 regarding commissioner salary was reformatted but the substantive requirement that salary must be within the budget approved by the boards remains the same.
