AN ACT to amend and reenact section 54-17.8-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the North Dakota outdoor heritage advisory board; and to declare an emergency.

It does not create new programs or funding but clarifies board membership, meeting procedures, and grant review processes for existing outdoor heritage initiatives. The bill was enacted as an emergency measure and signed into law in March 2025.
