AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 20.1-03-12 and 20.1-03-36.1, subsection 7 of section 20.1-03-37, subsection 4 of section 20.1-03-38, and section 20.1-04-12.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to hunting, fishing, and gun dog activity fees and hunting guide and outfitter licensing requirements.

Increased fees for resident big game hunting licenses from $30 to $35, and adjusted nonresident small game hunting license fees from $120 to $150.

Updated motorboat licensing fees with new tiered structure based on boat length, including fees for boats 16-20 feet and 20+ feet.

Adjusted nonresident waterfowl hunting license fee from $120 to $100, and updated paddlefish tag fees for both residents and nonresidents.

Added gun dog activity fees to the list of regulated activities, expanding the bill's scope beyond just hunting and fishing.

Reorganized statute numbering from 25.0842.03000 to 25.0842.04000 to reflect the expanded scope of the legislation.
