AN ACT to amend and reenact section 15.1-21-02.10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a North Dakota scholarship for students interested in a teaching career; and to declare an emergency.

The bill renumbered the statute section from 25.0490.01000 to 25.0490.02000 and reorganized the graduation requirements structure. The most significant substantive change is the removal of a separate category requiring students to complete two specific academic achievements (like AP courses or high GPA) in addition to the core requirements. The remaining requirements for community service, attendance, career exploration, cocurricular activities, extracurricular activities, capstone projects, online learning, and twenty-first century skills remain unchanged. A minor formatting change consolidated the career and technical education requirements into a single option rather than offering multiple pathways.
