A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 57-40.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to motor vehicle purchase price adjustments and the provision of a motor vehicle excise tax credit against the purchase price of a replacement vehicle; to amend and reenact subsection 5 of section 57-40.3-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the purchase price of a motor vehicle; and to provide an effective date.
