A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 16.1-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to documentary proof of citizenship in elections; and to amend and reenact section 16.1-01-04.1, subsection 2 of section 39-06-03.1, subsection 5 of section 39-06-14, and subsection 1 of section 39-06-14.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to nondriver photo identification cards and operator licenses for noncitizens.
