A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact sections 21-10-02, 21-10-06.1, 21-10-08.1, and subsection 10 of section 54-44.4-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the powers and duties of the state investment board, restrictions on perpetual contracts, required reports, and the prohibition on social investments; and to provide for a legislative management study.
