Relating to the transfer of the international business and trade office from the department of commerce to the agriculture commissioner; to amend and reenact section 54‑60‑29 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the unmanned aircraft systems program fund; to repeal section 54‑60‑16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the international business and trade office; to provide a continuing appropriation; to provide for a transfer; to provide for a report; and to provide an exemption.
