Relating to graduated operator licensing, minor operator requirements, and entries against driving record; to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 39‑06‑01.1, subsection 1 of section 39‑06‑03, subsection 4 of section 39‑06‑04, subsection 1 of section 39‑06‑05, sections 39‑06‑14 and 39‑06‑17, subsection 4 of section 39‑06‑42, subsection 2 of section 39‑06‑43, subdivision i of subsection 2 of section 39‑06‑49, subdivision a of subsection 2 of section 39‑06.1‑06, subsection 1 of section 39‑06.1‑08, and section 39‑06.1‑09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to driver's licenses issued to operators, restricted licenses, and class D instruction permits; and to provide a penalty.
