A BILL for an Act to provide for an economic diversification through research grant program and advisory committee and to create an economic diversification research grant fund; to create and enact a new section to chapter 54‑27 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to legacy fund earnings; to provide for a report to the legislative management; to provide an appropriation; and to provide an expiration date.
