A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 54‑11 and a new section to chapter 54‑27 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an income tax rate reduction fund and the transfer of legacy fund earnings; to repeal chapter 57‑38 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the income tax; to provide a continuing appropriation; to provide an exemption; and to provide an effective date.
