A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 19 of section 5‑01‑01, sections 5‑01‑14, 5‑01‑16, 5‑01‑17, and 5‑01‑19, subsections 4 and 5 of section 5‑01‑21, and sections 5‑03‑05, 5‑03‑06, 5‑03‑09, and 57‑39.6‑02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the removal of a requirement for persons engaged in the wholesale sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages to collect alcoholic beverages wholesale taxes, and an increase in the alcoholic beverages gross receipts tax on all sales of alcoholic beverages; to repeal sections 5‑03‑04 and 5‑03‑07, relating to the elimination of alcoholic beverage wholesale taxes; and to provide an effective date.
