A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 39‑06.1‑02 and section 39‑07‑07 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to noncriminal traffic violations and halting an individual for violating traffic regulations; and to repeal section 39‑07‑07.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to providing envelopes for traffic and parking violations on state charitable or penal institution property or state capitol grounds.
