A BILL for an Act to create and enact chapter 39‑35 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to consumer towing protection; to amend and reenact sections 23.1‑15‑03, 23.1‑15‑05, 39‑26‑04, 39‑26‑06, 39‑26‑07, and subsection 2 of section 39‑26‑08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to custody of abandoned vehicles, notice to owners of abandoned vehicles, and right to reclaim an abandoned vehicle; to provide a penalty; and to provide an effective date.
