A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subsection to section 54‑11‑01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to duties of the state treasurer; to amend and reenact sections 10‑15‑49 and 47‑30.1‑24.1, subsection 6 of section 57‑38‑57, and subsections 3 and 8 of section 57‑39.2‑23 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to abandoned property; and to repeal section 15‑02‑05.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the administrator of abandoned property.
