A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 57‑38 and a new subdivision to subsection 7 of section 57‑38‑30.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the housing incentive fund tax credit; to amend and reenact sections 54‑17‑40 and 54‑17‑41 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the housing incentive fund and housing finance agency report; to provide a transfer; and to provide an appropriation.
