A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 23‑01 and a new section to chapter 23‑16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to phlebotomists and notification protocol in the case of exposure to an infectious organism; to amend and reenact sections 23‑09.3‑04 and 23‑17.3‑05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to notification protocol in the case of exposure to an infectious organism; and to provide an effective date.
