Relates to calculating an insured individual's overall contribution to any out-of-pocket maximum or any cost-sharing requirement

Requires any third-party payments, financial assistance, discount, voucher or other price reduction instrument for out-of-pocket expenses made on behalf of an insured individual for the cost of prescription drugs to be applied to the insured's deductible, copayment, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximum, or any other cost-sharing requirement when calculating such insured individual's overall contribution to any out-of-pocket maximum or any cost-sharing requirement.

Authorizes the commissioner of education to conduct a survey regarding instruction on the Holocaust within the state

Authorizes the commissioner of education to conduct a survey regarding instruction on the Holocaust within the state; provides a report shall be delivered which includes detailed results of the survey, the extent the survey data submitted was compliant with section eight hundred one of the education law, and if needed, recommendations to strengthen provisions of law if not compliant.

Authorizes an occupancy tax in the village of Highland Falls; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof

Authorizes the village of Highland Falls, in Orange county to adopt and amend local laws imposing a tax on persons occupying a room for hire in any hotel in an amount not to exceed 5% of the per diem rental rate for each room; provides for the expiration and repeal of such provisions on December 31, 2025.
