Ensures formerly incarcerated individuals have access to public housing.

Relates to setting a conservation goal for the state and including an effort to combat the biodiversity and climate crises in the state's land acquisition policy.

Assesses an employer a civil penalty where an employer requires a nurse to work more than such nurse's regularly scheduled work hours; provides that the employee shall receive an additional fifteen percent of the overtime payment from the employer for each violation.

Expands the definition of the offense of sexual conduct against a child in the third degree to include at least one act of specified types of sexual contact.

Requires the superintendent of financial services to conduct a review of the classification used by authorized insurers in this state issuing auto insurance coverage for commuter vans, ambulette or paratransit vehicles, including coverage in the assigned risk plan; makes related provisions.

Requires semiautomatic pistols sold in this state be verified as a microstamping-enabled pistol; establishes fines for violations of this requirement; requires the division of criminal justice services to certify the viability of microstamping-enabled pistols.

Provides for regulating immigration bail businesses including restrictions on who may operate such a business; provides for who may bring an action against an immigration bail business.

Requires a health care provider who administers an immunization to a person nineteen years of age or older to report such information to the department of health or to a regional health information organization unless such person objects to such reporting.

Requires the creation and imposition of restrictive commercial practices and stringent recordkeeping and reporting to prevent gun sales to individuals with a criminal record; provides that such measures shall be promulgated by the superintendent of state police; restricts premises of sales; requires employee training; prohibits straw purchases; imposes additional license conditions; requires reporting on a seized or recovered gun to the criminal gun clearinghouse.

Requires clinical experience for certain mental health practitioners and other mental health professionals; allows such practitioners to make assessment-based treatment plans; makes related provisions.
