Directs every peer-to-peer mobile service to require users to create a personal identification code associated with the user's account that is required to be used when certain actions are taken and to require users to set a monetary amount for intended transfers above which the use of a personal identification number will be required to authenticate the user's identity.

This bill requires chatbot operators to clearly disclose when users are interacting with an AI system, prohibits chatbots from impersonating licensed professionals (such as doctors or lawyers), and makes operators liable for damages if users suffer harm due to such impersonation. Violators face civil liability for actual damages, plus legal fees if the violation was intentional. The law would take effect 90 days after enactment.

Establishes the artificial intelligence training data transparency act requiring developers of generative artificial intelligence models or services to post on the developer's website information regarding the data used by the developer to train the generative artificial intelligence model or service, including a high-level summary of the datasets used in the development of such system or service.

Prohibits the manufacture, distribution, sale, or offering for sale of a baby monitor that broadcasts audio or video through an internet connection unless it includes certain security features to prevent unauthorized access; requires a written warning label; provides penalties.
