Reorganized section numbering, moving the building permit condition clause from section (b) to become the new section (b), with former section (c) becoming (c) and subsequent sections renumbered accordingly.

Added language to clarify that determinations about whether a project scope or scale materially changes must be made by the planning board or administrative body.

Added provision allowing applicants to submit amendments to maintain compliance with updated application forms.

Added requirement that planning boards must notify applicants within ten days of any updates to the site plan application form.
