Requires electronic filing of all financial disclosure statements

This bill requires all public officials who must file financial disclosure statements (such as state legislators and appointees) to submit these forms electronically starting in 2026, replacing paper filings. It mandates that the Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government administer the electronic filing system. Officials needing access to a computer terminal for filing must receive it within two business days, and they won't be penalized for late filing if terminal access wasn't available. Individuals with disabilities preventing electronic filing may submit a paper form with a medical attestation.
