Prohibits certain persons from receiving compensation for legal fees, consulting, or other work performed for an industrial development agency or an economic assistance corporation

Added new paragraphs (a-1) and (b-1) that specifically prohibit state officials and political party chairs from receiving compensation for legal services, consulting, or other contractual work from state or local authorities when they are directly contracted for those services or own significant stakes in companies contracted for those services.
