Establishes the "no severance ultimatums act"

Added Senator Webb as a co-sponsor and updated the bill's status to reflect it has passed the Senate and returned to the Assembly.

Added a new definition for 'severance agreement' to clarify that it applies to agreements offered by employers, including governmental agencies, upon separation of employment.

Changed the required consideration period from 'twenty-one business days' to 'twenty-one calendar days' and the revocation period from 'seven days' to 'seven calendar days'.
