Congratulating Lorenzo Riso upon the occasion of receiving the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout, the most prestigious of Scouting honors, on June 7, 2025

This is a ceremonial resolution (not a substantive bill) congratulating Lorenzo Riso for earning the Eagle Scout rank - the highest honor in Scouting. It formally recognizes his achievement, including his community project building an information kiosk at Lenoir Preserve, and directs the legislative body to honor him. The resolution has no policy impact; it simply expresses appreciation through a formal written tribute. A copy will be sent to Riso, who is an 18-year-old White Plains High School senior and Troop 73 member.
