Memorializing Governor Kathy Hochul to proclaim August 16, 2026, as Hispanic Media Day in the State of New York

This bill asks the Governor of New York to officially declare August 16, 2026, as Hispanic Media Day. It recognizes the long-standing contributions of Hispanic-owned media outlets to the state's communities and economy. The resolution does not create new laws or funding but serves as a formal acknowledgment of the industry's impact. Once passed, the text will be sent to Governor Kathy Hochul for her signature.
