Congratulating Samantha Massey upon the occasion of capturing the NYSPHSAA's Section III Girls Wrestling Championship

This is a ceremonial resolution (not a bill) congratulating seventh grader Samantha Massey on winning the NYSPHSAA's inaugural Section III Girls Wrestling Championship at 94 pounds. It recognizes her undefeated 39-2 record and dominant tournament performance, including a final victory under one minute. The resolution, adopted by the Senate, formally honors her achievement and acknowledges her coaches and school. It has no policy impact - it simply offers ceremonial recognition.
