Congratulating John Clifford upon the occasion of his retirement after 34 years of distinguished service to the Rome Daily Sentinel

This Senate resolution congratulates John Clifford on his retirement after 34 years as a photographer for the Rome Daily Sentinel. The bill formally recognizes his long career covering local news, sports, and community events in Central New York.
