Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Roscoe Conkling Elementary School on June 13, 2025

This is a ceremonial resolution (not a substantive bill) that honors Roscoe Conkling Elementary School in Utica, New York, for its 100th anniversary on June 13, 2025. It symbolically recognizes the school's history, educational mission, and community role through a formal legislative acknowledgment. The resolution directs the legislature to pause its work for the commemoration and sends a copy to the school's principal. It has no policy impact or funding changes - only a symbolic gesture to celebrate the school's legacy.
