Relates to method of collection of charges by the town of Wilton water and sewer authority

This bill allows the Wilton Water and Sewer Authority to collect unpaid water and sewer bills by adding them to property tax bills. If a property owner misses payments for 90+ days, the authority must submit a list of delinquent accounts to the town tax collector by November 1st each year. The tax collector then adds these amounts to the property's tax bill, collects the funds, and sends the principal amount (minus town-imposed penalties) to the authority. Property owners in Wilton with unpaid water/sewer charges will see these debts collected through the town's regular tax system, while the town retains any additional penalties.
