Relates to the alienation of certain parkland in the town of Brookhaven

Added new Section 1(b) requiring all lease proceeds to be used for capital improvements to existing park facilities and/or acquisition of additional park facilities, and requiring the town to dedicate an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value of the easement interests for these purposes.

Added new Section 1 authorizing the town to convey an easement to LI Smart Solutions LLC over certain municipally owned park lands to maintain an access road for the wireless tower, provided the thoroughfare remains publicly accessible for park purposes.

Changed the golf course name from 'Rolling Hills Golf Course' to 'Rolling Oaks Golf Course' in the land description.

Reorganized section numbering and structure, splitting the original Section 3 into two separate sections (Section 2 for lease area description and Section 3 for easement area description).
