Relates to the solicitation of donations on state highways

This bill restricts who can solicit donations on state highways outside city or village boundaries. It allows only fire companies, voluntary ambulance services, or tax-exempt 501(c) organizations to solicit, and only if the solicitor is 18+ and the highway has a speed limit of 30 mph or lower. Towns can also prohibit such solicitation through local laws. The law does not create new fundraising opportunities but clarifies existing restrictions to prevent unauthorized solicitation on state roads.
