Authorizes the town of Huntington to alienate and discontinue the use of certain parklands to the Huntington African American Museum

This bill authorizes the Town of Huntington to transfer a specific 1.65-acre parcel of parkland (described in Section 3) to the Huntington African American Museum for use in displaying exhibits and hosting events. The town must dedicate funds equal to the land's fair market value toward acquiring new parkland or improving existing parks as a condition of the transfer. The bill also requires compliance with federal requirements if federal funds were used for the parkland. The transfer becomes effective immediately upon enactment, pending local government approval.
