Permits certain judges, justices and support magistrates to carry a firearm, rifle, or shotgun in a sensitive location

Bill A 5599 amends the penal law to create a new exemption for carrying firearms in locations designated as "sensitive." It permits judges, justices, and support magistrates from town, village, and unified court system courts to carry a firearm, rifle, or shotgun in these areas. This allowance applies only to those judicial officers who are already duly licensed to possess a pistol or revolver.
