What changed between versions
The appointment process for public members of the wage data clearinghouse advisory board was changed. Previously, three public members were appointed by the Speaker of the Assembly and three by the Senate Majority Leader. Now, two are appointed by the Speaker, one by the Assembly Minority Leader, two by the Senate Majority Leader, and one by the Senate Minority Leader, creating more bipartisan representation.
Minor formatting and text cleanup changes were made throughout the document, including updating the bill number designation from '3451' to '3451--A' and adjusting line breaks and hyphenation in the text.
The bill's introduction history was updated to reflect that it was recommitted to the Committee on Labor after being reported from the Committee on Ways and Means, and that it was amended before being sent back to the committee.
