Requires the results of any outage management system stress test conducted in the state by a utility company to be posted online

The bill was amended to reflect its progression through the legislative process, including new sponsors and a recommendation for a third reading. Substantively, the bill was restructured to apply specific outage management stress testing requirements to different utility types: electric and gas utilities under the Public Service Law, water utilities under the Public Authorities Law, and a new section was added for waterworks corporations.
