Requires certain safety devices at public boat launches

This bill requires owners of public boat launches in the state to maintain two specific safety devices on-site: (1) a ring buoy or life preserver with at least 500 feet of line on a reel, and (2) an anchored life-belt device with at least 500 feet of line on a reel.
