Relates to custody and visitation rights of certain sex offenders

This bill prohibits courts from granting physical or legal custody of a child, or unsupervised visitation with a child, to certain sex offenders. Specifically, it bans this for offenders designated as sexual predators or sexually violent offenders, or classified as level two or three risk for crimes involving children, except in extraordinary circumstances.
