Establishes the office of gun violence prevention and the gun violence advisory council

This bill creates a new Office of Gun Violence Prevention and establishes a Gun Violence Advisory Council to coordinate state efforts against gun-related harm. The office will centralize grant funding, improve data collection and public reporting, and standardize hospital interventions for victims of gun violence.
