Extends certain provisions relating to the membership composition of the metropolitan transportation authority board

This bill extends the temporary changes to how members are selected for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Board until June 30, 2028. By amending an existing law, it keeps the current arrangement for board composition in place for another four years instead of allowing it to revert to the previous rules.
