Authorizes the county of Nassau to alienate and sell parklands to Lakeside Inn, Inc.

This bill authorizes Nassau County to sell two small parcels of parkland in Baldwin to Lakeside Inn, Inc. for residential development. In exchange, the developer must provide a new parcel of land to the county to be designated as parkland, ensuring the total public open space remains equivalent in value and utility. If the replacement land is worth less than the land being sold, the county must use the difference to buy more parkland or improve existing facilities. The sale is also conditional on the county meeting any federal requirements regarding the conversion of publicly funded parkland.
